There is a minimum shipping fee of $10.00, and we ship through the United States Postal Service.

This includes information pertaining to gift recipients.
Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates,
billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Ordering Policy
Designs By Ashley reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You must come into our store or call to place your order.
We do not take orders through e-mail. Payment is due at the time of your order,
unless you are ordering a dress which requires a 50% deposit when you order the dress and the
remainder is due when you pick up your dress. If you pay with a credit card,
and the card is declined, the card will not be run again, you must provide a new card.
Designs By Ashley has a returned check fee of $25.00, no exceptions! We do not accept out of state checks.
If you are ordering from out of the state or country you have to pay with a credit or debit card.
At Designs By Ashley we place our orders on Monday morning.
So, if you order on Tuesday, your order will not be placed until the following Monday.
We can place non-Monday orders, but there may be a fee for this.
Return Policy
All sales are final!
If you place an order with us, you can only cancel that order prior to processing,
which would be the Monday following the order.
If an order is damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. We do not give refunds for
damaged products unless it cannot be replaced. If you order from our retail location, and
when you come to pick up your items, and you are unhappy with them,
we will all you to exchange the item(s) one time, for a product of equal or lesser value,
at no additional charge. Once an item leaves the store it can no longer be exchanged.
Some exceptions may be made at the discretion of Designs By Ashley.
